ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This spirited competition is designed to inspire all Franklin Street members to actively engage with company initiatives while building stronger connections across our offices. Together, we’ll make a greater impact!

Each team is built around one of our core values—Accountability, Collaboration, Hard Work, Integrity, and Innovation—creating a shared sense of purpose and friendly competition.
​
From April through September, teams will earn points by participating in a variety of activities (outlined below). At the end of the competition, we’ll host the Franklin Fest Celebration, an exclusive event reserved for the winning team!
EXECUTIVE TEAM CAPTAINS
On every team, you'll have an executive team captain. These captains are champions of collaboration, actively encouraging team members to work together and leverage their collective strengths.
