ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Franklin Fest aims to provide Franklin Street members with more opportunities to engage in company initiatives. By uniting our people, we can achieve a more significant impact! Each Franklin Street member will be assigned to a team based on our core values: Accountability, Collaboration, Hard Work, Integrity, and Innovation. Throughout the year, a series of contests will be introduced to earn “points”. At the annual Franklin Fest Celebration, we will honor the team with the highest levels of collaboration, engagement, and participation.

On every team, you'll find both an executive team captain and an office-level team captain. These captains are champions of collaboration, actively encouraging team members to work together and leverage their collective strengths.
